Phoenix assurance move to upgrade its website has seen the company’s platform changing from the tradition information display to the modern interactive online market where customers can now receive quotations, buy products as well as filing claims.

This way, the company expect to increase its customers base as it harmonize the heated market competition and also ensuring it not only remain  relevant in the market but also customer’s best choice through rebranding to improve customer experience, better communication in addition to sustainable and trustworthy insurance online platform.

According to the Phoenix Assurance Managing Director Mr. Kris Lutchmenarraidoo; improved interaction with the public and simplified course of transactions, are some of the benefits that comes with the modern rebranded website hence improved communication between the company , customers and stakeholder.

“There is renewed energy in our new partnerships having reconstituted the board and also considering that we have been of service to the African market for more than a hundred years. For this reason and long experience in the industry, we saw there was a need to employ new avenues by adapting new technologies to meet our customers demand,’’ said Mr.Lutchmenarraidoo.

Phoenix Assurance is allied to Mauritius Union Assurance Company Limited (MUA), which is the second largest Insurance Company listed in the Stock Exchange of Mauritius since 1993.

The Company was established in 1948 with its latest company report showing it has about 1,800 shareholders presently. The firm has been spreading its wings to viable and promising markets in East Africa countries like Uganda Tanzania and Rwanda.
