|Rebranding Mobistar to Orange unifies the Group’s European operations under one brand|
From May 10th Mobistar is rebranding to Orange, bringing the operations in Belgium fully into the Orange family and strengthening the Group’s European operations under a single brand. After the rebranding of Mobinil in Egypt, Belgium is the latest subsidiary of the Orange Group to adopt the Orange brand. Mobistar had 3.029 million customers at the end of March 2016.

From today, all our subsidiaries in Europe are branded Orange, which strengthens our leading market positions and will help us offer customers a unique and incomparable experience across in Europe.”

In addition to benefiting from a range of Group-wide synergies and expertise, Orange Belgium is integrating the Group’s Essentials 2020 strategy into its launch plans by placing customer experience at the heart of its new ambition. Orange Belgium is unveiling a raft of new services to ‘connect customers to what’s essential in their lives’, including:
Access to convergent offers everywhere: enabling 99% of households to benefit from Orange Belgium’s internet and TV offer. Additionally, customers will soon benefit from new channels and a new Orange TV app to control their decoder from any device – smartphone or tablet.
New retail experience: Orange-branded stores across Belgium and a brand new website that reflects the new focus on customers’ needs. A total of 230 shops in Belgium will be rebranded to Orange by end May.
Access to Orange’s global events and experiences: customers in Belgium will benefit from global initiatives, including events like UEFA EURO 2016 in France, during which Orange will invite over 1,000 fans to experience the event first hand.
