UAP Old Mutual Group customers will now be able to access the group’s financial services with no trouble after the unveiling of its first Integrated Customer Service Centre, located along Kimathi Street, in Nairobi.
This is one of the things the group has delivered after its merger last year and customers can experience its one stop shop for their financial solutions. This is a great milestone for the group and relieve to their customers as now they can easily track their financial world in one place.
This follows shortly after the group launched the Ndakaini marathon edition as a way of showcasing their support to not only its customers but also to the community.
Speaking during the Launch, Peter Mwangi, the group CEO expressed his delight in the unveiling of the financial services to its customers who can now bank, buy insurance policies, invest in shares and many more financial services under one roof.
“This centre is a major milestone on the journey that we started on July last year to bring together the three businesses of UAP, Old Mutual and Faulu Micro-Finance Bank to create a financial services group that offers financial services across banking, insurance, investment management and brokerage services.” Mwangi noted.
He added that the process of integrating branch networks across the country was underway with areas like Nyeri, Kisumu and Kisii which the project has began, is expected to be completed before the end of 2018.
He accredited their commitment to its business in South Sudan, one of the pioneer insurance in that market, which remain to be one of the better performing businesses in the group.
The group is moving its operation to UAP- Old mutual Tower in Upper Hill and expects to open another service centre there.
