Kenya confirms 4 more cases as Kagwe warns against fake news

The number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Kenya has now hit 42. Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe on Sunday announced four more cases even as the country entered the third day of the dusk to dawn curfew.
