Confectionery Firm, Kenafric Industries Limited (KIL) has rebranded its flagship gum brand; Fresh Chewing Gum.

According to KIL the revamped chewing gum has improved gum base to deliver an enhanced chewing experience with extra lasting freshness and flavor, while maintain its current Retail Price of Kes. 5 for four pellets.

Over 65% of Kenyans chew gum and as players in this consumer category, Fresh dominates in the fresh breath segment in the said category, Fresh Chewing Gum is the only Chiclet Chewing Gum with five ranges of flavor namely, Menthol, Peppermint, Fruity, Strawberry and Baberry.

“To celebrate this consumer centric enhancement, we have repackaged Fresh Chewing Gum to be vibrant, confident and outstanding, just like our consumers. We are Fresh In and Out.” Stated Jane Muriithi, Brand Manager Fresh Chewing Gum.

Speaking during the launch announcement, Kenafric CEO Mr. Mikul Shah expressed his belief in the brand to reach new heights. “We know consumers chew gum to freshen their breath, to concentrate, to elevate anxiety and we took this into consideration as we revamped Fresh Chewing Gum and the range of flavors it offers.”

Kenafric Limited has gone a step further to endorse celebrity artist; Kahush as its official brand ambassador.
