National Bank of Kenya and Kenyatta National Hospital have unveiled a top-to-bottom makeover of the hospital’s state-of-the-art kitchen.

This is the first renovation of the kitchen since the hospital opened in 1901 and will enable the hospital to seamlessly continue to prepare quality meals for over 2000 patients daily.
“The partnership with KNH commenced in 2003 and has since grown into a very successful relationship between the two institutions”, said Mr. Wilfred Musau. Speaking at the event, Ag. CEO Kenyatta National Hospital Dr. E. Kamuri said, “Our catering services are vital in supporting patient management. Well cooked nutritious food increases response of a patient to the medical treatment offered by our specialists. We have no doubt that our patients will appreciate the improvement in our catering services as a result of this gracious project”.
