Ndambiri Pleads with Governor to mediate him with Ameey Developer

Controversial City Lawyer David Ndambiri has now said he is ready to settle with the developer for Ameey Homes Limited including paying the financial losses he suffered for the last five years including legal fees which amount to up to five Million.

Ndambiri who canceled his press briefing that had been set for Friday, December 2, 2022, said he would be dropping the two remaining cases that are ongoing in court after he lost one and the other dropped for lack of evidence.

“I am calling out on the Governor to come and help mediate the case. I already lost two cases and still, two are ongoing which I want us to settle out of court,” Ndambiri stated.

A few weeks ago, Ndambiri spent a night at the police station over harassment, and his case file was forwarded to the Director of Criminal Investigations for more investigations before being taken over by the ODPP for prosecution.

The developer, Ameey Homes has been embroiled in a legal tussle with Ndambiri for the past two years.

The move prompted a visit by the National Construction Authority to the site late last year and granted a clean bill of health for the project.
