Sonko has been operating from his Mua Hills resident in Machakos claiming that his life is in danger.
Some of the issues the residents want addressed include the welfare of the youths, corruption allegations at City Hall, the transport menace in the capital, the deputy governor issue and the irregular sacking of county officials.
While addressing the residents Mr Imwatok demanded that the Governor must make himself available to address the concerns and problems bedeviling the county.
“Sonko must come back from Moa hills and work in the City. He was elected here by the residents,” Said Imwatok.
Kilimani MCA Moses Ogeto who also addressed the residents advised Governor Sonko to stop unnecessary public relations antics as well as intimidating MCAs who question his way of operation.
